SwarShala provides music-learning information and a way to express interest in connecting with independent teachers and academies.

Our role and provider responsibility
SwarShala is a discovery and matching platform. It does not claim to own the independent academies, employ every teacher or award music-examination qualifications. Providers are responsible for their teaching, qualifications, safeguarding arrangements, venues, schedules, prices and service policies. Discuss suitability directly and obtain important commitments in writing.
Enquiries and registration
A match request is an enquiry, not a confirmed lesson, admission or free trial. Availability is not guaranteed. Submit an enquiry only if you are 18 or older; a parent or legal guardian must enquire for a minor. Provider registration is an expression of interest and does not guarantee publication, recommendations or enquiries. Any trial and its price must be agreed with the provider.
Fees, cancellations and refunds
The public website does not currently take payment for browsing guides, submitting an enquiry or registering provider interest. Teaching fees and refund terms belong to the chosen provider and must be agreed before payment. Check lesson duration, taxes, missed lessons, notice periods and refund eligibility. SwarShala cannot promise a refund of money paid directly to an independent provider. See our fee checklist.
Accurate information and acceptable use
Give accurate information you are entitled to share. Do not impersonate providers, publish false reviews, send spam, misuse others’ contact details or upload unauthorized material. Public guidance is general educational information; it is not an assurance of a particular result or examination outcome.
Content and problems
You may use the public checklists for your own learning decisions. Do not republish content or media without appropriate permission. External sources and providers set their own terms. Report a correction, privacy issue or provider concern through support; we can review a listing and facilitate communication, but do not promise to adjudicate a dispute or provide emergency assistance.
These terms do not remove any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Material changes will be reflected in this page and its effective date. Read our privacy notice for how enquiries are handled.
