Information you provide

Enquiry forms collect an adult contact’s name, email, phone and learning preferences such as instrument, broad age group, city, delivery mode and message. Provider registration collects professional information and adult contact details for review. Contact messages contain the details you choose to send. Do not include a child’s full name, precise address, school, identity documents or payment details.

Why we use it and who receives it

We use submissions to respond, assess a possible match, review provider information and handle support. Our hosting, database and email services process information needed to operate those functions. Current infrastructure includes Google Cloud hosting. Operational request logs may include IP address, timing and technical request information for security and reliability.

Permission to contact you is separate from permission to share an enquiry with independent providers. Where you choose sharing, the purpose, consent version and submission time are recorded. Declining provider sharing leaves the enquiry with the SwarShala team. We do not publish student or parent contact details in provider profiles. Ask us to withdraw sharing permission before further introductions; information already received by a provider is also subject to that provider’s handling and your agreement with them.

Optional analytics

Optional analytics is currently disabled while the actual GA4 stream settings are checked. No Google Analytics script loads in this release’s default configuration. The following describes the opt-in setup prepared for activation after that check.

Once enabled, if an adult visitor opts in, Google Analytics 4 receives usage information such as public page views and browser/device information. The existing measurement ID belongs to a shared Aruvalai property, so authorized property administrators can access its reports. Our explicit page-view events omit query strings, URL fragments and form values. Form pages are excluded from those events. We do not send free-text event labels or contact details.

Analytics is off until you allow it. The choice is stored locally in this browser; essential forms work if you decline. You can change your choice below. Declining after opting in stops this integration on reload and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies for this site; it does not erase data already processed by Google. Advertising

This release does not request or display AdSense ads. Account approval, advertising identifiers and a suitable consent platform must be configured and verified before advertising starts. This analytics preference control is not an advertising consent platform. We will update this notice to describe advertising cookies and data sharing before enabling ads. Enquiry, registration, account and private-message screens are excluded from advertising.

Children and parents

Enquiries for a learner under 18 must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian using the adult’s contact details. We do not invite children to consent to analytics or to provide personal contact information. Report inadvertently submitted child data through support so we can assess and remove it where appropriate.

Retention, access and correction

We keep enquiry and support information while needed to respond, maintain the requested service, resolve issues and meet applicable obligations. There is no automatic deletion interval configured for these records in this release. You may request access, correction, withdrawal or deletion using the contact above. We may need to confirm you control the relevant contact address. Backups and security records may persist for their operational retention period.

We restrict access to enquiry information and do not sell contact lists. Services and recipients may process information outside your region. If you do not wish to submit a form, you may continue reading the public content. Changes to these practices will be reflected here.
